Beef Biryani is a mixed rice dish, originating among the royal khansamahs of the Durbar of old Dehli under the Mughal Empire, during the late 16th century of then Mughal court. It is made with Indian spices rice and usually one type of meat (Chicken, Beef, Goat, Lamb, Prawn, Fish) or in some cases without any meat and sometimes, in addition, eggs and potatoes.

Cooking Steps of Beef Biryani:

Making Beef Curry:

First of all wash and clean the Beef with water. We put the water in the pressure cooker, add the meat (Beef) in the pressure cooker, and put it on the stove in the middle Flam so that it melts add potatoes, salt, red chili, turmeric powder, crushed Coriander, Ginger+Garlic paste, tomatoes and hot spices in the boiled meat and mix it with water add as required and cook for a while and then fry it. When the water is dry, add two more

cup of water, then cook for 3 to 4 minutes in a low Flam and leave for the rest of the water for soup.

Layering:

Put the yogurt in any small pot, put the yellow food color in the yogurt and mix both yogurt and yellow food color. Then all the folding components are gone add chopped Tomatoes, green Coriander, Mint, Lemon juice, fried Onions, Nutmeg Maca Powder, and hot Spices put it on the Beef curry, and at last, the mixer of yogurt and yellow food color put it on Beef curry inside the pan.

Boil The Rice:

First of all clean the Rice. Wash the rice with water. Take a deep pan and water inside it then add salt (as required) and hot Spices to the water. When water is properly cooked and makes bubbles in the water in the water put the Rice in the boiled water and remain duke. At last, remove the water from the rice and put it on Beef curry and layering components.

Garnishing:

Take another pan and put the clarified butter and chews or dry fruits according to your liking in it. Heat up the clarified butter and put on the Rice inside the Beef curry and folding components. After this take a pot and put the water in the pot and mix the yellow food color inside the pot and mixture of yellow food color put on the mixed material of rice, folding components, and Beef curry. Then rice and put on the Steam for 15 to 20 minutes. After 15 to 20 minutes inhale and serve.
