COOKING STEPS:

COOK THE VEGETABLES AND CHICKEN:

First of all, cut all the vegetables to the normal size and wash them. Wash the cube-sized chicken. Take a pan and at low steam of stove put some oil in the pan and put the washed chicken with one tablespoon salt and fry the chicken. When the chicken turns a little red, add all the cut vegetables in the pan along with the chicken and cover the pan for almost 15  minutes. 

BOIL THE RICE:

Wash the basmati rice. Take another pan. Put a little more water in it. Turn the stove a little more from the moderate level. When the water gets boiled, put the washed rice in it and let them boil. After boiling, pour them and put them separately.

MIX THE CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES.

Put some oil in another pan and put cut onions and let them fry at slow steam.
After the onions get little red, put one tablespoon of salt + pepper and all the hot spice mix ingredients with the cut tomatoes, garlic, turmeric, and ginger, and make a paste of all such agents.
Now put the roasted chicken with the roasted vegetables in that paste and add boiled rice. Mix them.

GARNISHING:

Add red or orange color in 2 tablespoons milk and pour this on the mixed material of rice, chicken, and vegetables. Cover the pan for almost 15 minutes. After that time open it and put them in the dish to serve it.
